After finishing from Graduate School, I became a full time Carpenter. I spent over seven years in Indiana and Colorado gaining the experience to become a Journeyman Carpenter. From there a Construction Superintendent and eventually a Residential Contractor in Northern California. My partner and I, after 5 years of building custom homes in the Bay Area, sold the company. In the fall of 1989 I relocated to Scottsdale to relax and lower my Handicap. By chance I went to work for Wadsworth Golf Construction when they were building Grayhawk’s first golf course. The Superintendent asked me to stay on with his staff and I worked there for five years until I got my Real Estate license. My construction background gives me an advantage when analyzing homes and working with clients. I truly enjoy the personal interaction that is a part of the Real Estate industry and look forward to it everyday.
